  3. Our deepest sympathy to all of you during this difficult time. We have wonderful memories of the good times we shared up at Spicer from the water-skiing shows, happy hours and just good times. She was a special lady and will be truly missed.

  9. Lou was such an inspiration to me…..an amazing woman who “kept on keepin’ on”, with such humor and vitality. We had many a laugh at the Canasta table, and I always loved hearing her tales of the lake house in Minnesota.

I was blessed to call her my friend.

  11. Louise was such a positive person and always fun to be around. I knew her many years ago but got to know her better in recent years when she and a mutual friend and I played Rummikub. She was so good at the game it was very challenging to try to outscore her. And her math skills were amazing.

I’m happy she’s at peace now but I miss her!

We have had the opportunity to work with many fine landowners throughout the years. We farmed the Shore property through 4 generations She will always be considered one of the best. Her knowledge of the Whiting area, which she readily shared, was unbounded, Our sympathies and prayers are with you. All of the Carlsons of Whiting. Iowa,

  17. I knew Lou from years of Canasta games. I often think of Lou when I hear someone say Well … and she would follow with “Now that’s a deep subject”. Always admired her zest for life and can-do spirit.

  19. Lou was a wonderful neighbor in Crestwood and kindly comforted me when my small Papillon Solo was violently killed by a neighboring dog. She was a colleague in many neighborhood plans and schemes and was an inspiration to all as she grew older. I’m honored to have known her!

We were saddened to here of Louise’s passing. We farmed the Schwartz’s farm for many years. The fondest memories we cherish is when we were invited to Minnesota to vacation with Louise and her sister and they took our family to theVFW for supper and dancing. Our kids were in grade school and the members of the VFW loved dancing with them. I don’t think the kids sat down all night. Thank you Jesus for the hope of enteral life you have given us!
