Peggy was married to Jim for 64 years, a lifetime of love and devotion. She was an Air Force pilot’s wife, and during those early years they were stationed in Texas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma, building their young family while serving their country.
Peggy was a teacher at St. Casimir’s School for many years. She loved her St. Casimir’s family deeply and formed lifelong friendships within that community.
Peggy was also a devoted St. Louis Cardinal, St. Louis Blues and Mizzou fan. Cheering on her teams brought her great joy, and watching the games became one of the many traditions her family lovingly associates with her. She would always be wearing a matching hoodie.
Peggy’s kindness, creativity, strength, and loving spirit touched countless lives. She will be remembered not only for her accomplishments, but for the comfort, laughter, generosity and love she gave so freely to her children and grandchildren.
Services; Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Monday, June 15th at 10AM. Interment JB National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimers Assn. appreciated. Visitation at Kutis on Sunday from 4-8PM
Our condolences to the Solari family. We remember your mom working with our mom (Ann) at the Mother’s club banquet at St. Casimir’s. She was a lovely lady and a good friend to our mom.
My condolences to Mary, James, Robert and John on the loss of your mom. I remember her so well living across the street on Springwater in Oakville. Such a wonderful and welcoming person to the neighborhood kids – and we were no angels! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolences to the Soleri family. Peggy was an amazing and kind person. I remember her fondly from my childhood. Many days were spent at her house playing video games, doing crafts swimming in the pool and sneaking over in the early morning hours to get cookies. She will be missed..
