Tegethoff, Joseph “Joe” H.

76, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.

Beloved husband of Jerry Tegethoff (nee Heck) of 54 years; dearest father of Jason (Missy), Jeff (Anna) Tegethoff and Jennifer (Sean) Kelley; adoring PaPa of Jack, Maci, Joe, Jake, Brooke, JoJo; bonus PaPa of Harper, Georgia and Patrick; our dear uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Joe was an avid sports fan and loved watching his grandkids play.  He loved boating and going to the Lake of Ozarks.  Joe served in the United States Navy.

Visitation Tuesday, January 3, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd. and Wednesday, January 4, 9:00 a.m. until Service 10:00 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical United Church of Christ, 11333 St. John Church Road.  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Church or a Charity of your choice.

  3. I worked with Joe at Reuther Ford from the day they opened until 2010. He was a great guy and a class act. Sorry for his loss, RIP Joe.

  5. joe was buddy of mine in naples italy when were in navy we used to play baketball often. i last saw him 1n 1999 at reuther ford he was in finance then. he was good guy sorrry he passed my condolence to his family .all the guys from st. louis when we in naples that i knew are gone.
