Leroy was retired from the U. S. Coast Guard as a W4 Warrant Officer after 30 years of service. He was a school bus driver for Fox C-6 School District for 11 years, and was a member of Arnold V.F.W. Post 2593, Arnold American Legion Post 281 and Arnold Masonic Lodge 673.
Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Wednesday, March 11 at 11:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Jefferson Barracks V. A. Hospital appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4-6 pm.
