Marylin Joyce Fletcher (nee Schwartz)

asleep in Jesus on Sat, Feb 11, 2017 at age 86. Beloved wife of 60 years to William Jack Fletcher (deceased 2014); loving mother of Jim (Patty) Fletcher, Anne (Gary) Grosse, Chris (Cindy) Fletcher and Bill (Jennifer) Fletcher; dear grandmother of Andrew, Peter, Patrick, John, and Mary Fletcher, Sarah Lupa and Karl Grosse, Jack, Matthew, and David Fletcher; dear great-grandmother of Emma Howard; dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Marylin fought virulent cancer, blindness and other health concerns for nearly seventeen miraculous years. She battled against the odds believing that her Lord Jesus was always present to strengthen her.

Memorial visitation at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 8646 New Sappington Rd., Sappington, MO 63126, Thu., Feb. 16th, 10am until Memorial service begins at 11am. Interment private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church at the address above, or to Lutherans for Life, P.O. Box 76, Garden City, IA 50102.
