So very sorry to hear of “Bump’s” passing. My father, Otto Blumfelder, was his cousin and is also enjoying his heavenly reward after 100 years. What a full and wonderful life they both lived. He always seemed to me to be a very good and kind person. I am sure that he will be greatly missed.

I remember “Bumps” as we knew him, being a very kind and funny character. We didn’t get to be with him and his wife often, but always looked forward to seeing him and his wife Edna when we knew it was going to happen. I know he will now have good company in heaven with my Dad, Otto, his cousin who passed almost 3 years ago at the age of 100. So good to have those Blumfelder genes.

So sorry to hear of Elvin’s passing. It was always a joy when we got together. I will always remember our days at Honeywell although we were at different ends of our careers; he in the twilight of a successful long career and me at the beginning of what has been a rewarding one as well. They use to tell me that Elvin had banker’s hours at Honeywell, because he had such good relationships with his customers. May he rest in peace and may your family find peace at this difficult time.
With fondest memories Jim.
