  1. So very sorry to her this. I work with Fran for years at St. Louis Public Schools. She was an outstanding SPED teacher at Woerner! I mentored her for her School Psych certification. She was kind, great sense of humor, and a good person. I am sorry to hear of her passing.

  3. Dear Tom,

Please accept my deepest condolences. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Fran as the new diagnostic teacher at the Hodgen location. She was a wonderful mentor and a great co-worker. I loved working with Fran! She was so funny and such a practical joker! The best is when she made and brought the “tiny hands” (inspired by Saturday Night Live) and set us all up by pretending to type with the “hands”; we were in stitches. We were a great crew at Hodgen and had so much fun mainly due to Fran. I have wonderful memories of Fran especially the times we got to together for our office happy hours. Because of my recent hip surgery, I am unable to attend the visitation but please know she will always have a place in my heart!

    Sincerely,
