Denny

In Loving Memory

Denny, Barbara A. “Barb”

80, peacefully passed away Sun., Oct. 23, 2017, at St. Agnes Home in Kirkwood, reuniting with her husband of 45 years, Bill, son Steve, and granddaughter Bailey. The strength of Barb’s spirit lives on in the family to whom she devoted her life: her daughters Deborah Gray, Patricia (Robert) Ringstad, Ruth (Rick) Dotson; her grandchildren Jennifer, Keith, Will, Cyndi, Lindsey, Brett, Karly, Ashley; her great-grandchildren Macy, Simon, Alayna, Adin, Alexa, Maddux; her cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and friends.

Barb’s lifelong passion was her family. The love of her life, Bill, was her own personal Elvis. While raising four kids  together, Barb was struck with an aneurysm that left her  partially paralyzed. But her resilience shone through as she provided daily care to her beloved grandkids and even made pineapple upside-down cakes in a cast-iron skillet with just her one good arm. Barb’s sweetness and warmth touched all she met: she was “Mom” to everyone.
