Engeman, James Glenn

42, of Gilmer, Texas, died Jan. 23, 2022, in Gilmer, Texas. Mr. Engeman drove a tow truck and enjoyed carpentry work, as well as hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Born June 3, 1979, in Chetwynd, British Columbia, he was the son of Robert Baughman, Steve (Debra) Engeman and Sandra Noble and was raised by Steve Engeman and Sandra Noble.

He also is survived by two daughters: Whisper and Raven Engeman; a sister: Elizabeth (Rafael) Garcia; two stepbrothers: Colonel (Rachel) Swiney and Timothy (Amanda) Swiney; three aunts: Rita Mendenhall, Susan McIntire and Barbara Newman; two uncles: Jerome “Jerry” Murray and William Engeman; and many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by two sisters: Gwendolyn and Stephanie Engeman; and his grandparents.

A memorial visitation will be held at Kutis South County (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Friday 2/18 from 9AM until time of service at 11AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
