Dear Uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents Ralph Roy Farnsworth, Sr. and Virginia Margaret Farnsworth (nee Klages).
Ralph served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Alabama before returning to the St. Louis area to raise his family with Barbara, his wife of 57 years. Throughout his life, Ralph had many passions: cars, computers, ham radio, nature and animals—notably his parrot “Hawk” and cultivation of hibiscus plants. He will be remembered most fondly for his ability fix anything, from motors to motherboards. His memory will live on in our hearts.

Sending prayers to your family in the passing of what sounds like an amazing person who left his mark, found what he loved and spent time doing those things, and made a difference to those blessed by knowing him. Ralph, you have so many out here praying for you and your family as you all pause to cherish the memories and honor your Father.
I had many many QSO’s that means conversations in ham talk, with Ralph on our 2 meter repeater out here in Sullivan Mo. and visits in person as well! He kept me going many nights as i was a dispatcher for a Utility company and worked Night Shift by myself. Hours of chat about anything and everything! I miss my buddy Ralph!
