Frederick

In Loving Memory

Frederick, John A.

On Monday, November 7th 2022, John A. Frederick passed peacefully in his home at 79 years old. John was born on January 25th 1943 in St. Louis, MO. He was a beloved husband to the late Carol E. Frederick, dear father of Ricky J. Frederick, father-in-law of Jody Frederick, dependable brother of the surviving Yvonne Leahart, cherished grandfather of Chad, Cecily, and Shane Frederick, and their spouses Cody Wiedner and Nicole Griggs, loved deeply by his great grandchildren Eli Frederick, Jack Frederick, and Peyton Wiedner.

John who was known by many as Jack loved his family deeply and never said no to a Sunday funday. He enjoyed time spent with his loved ones, Natural Light out of a short glass with an occasional shot of fireball on a wild day. He was never afraid to bust a move, sing a song, or flip the bird. John was a simple man who appreciated the amazing life he lived. John who was loved by many will forever be with us and never forgotten. As he would say Hoorah! Hoorah!

Visitation will be held at Kutis Funeral Home South County (5255 Lemay Ferry Rd.Sunday, November 13th, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Funeral from Kutis South County Monday, November 14th, 10:00 am to Resurrection Cemetery for a short service at the chapel.

  1. So sorry , but thankfully Jack died peacefully it seems.I would have to consider Jack my favorite cousin even though we did not have frequent interactions.
He was peaceful, mellow perhaps and I always felt comfortable around him.
So sorry for his loving sister Yvonne, Ricky, his son and all his family members. They were so close for all these years, and his passing will be hard to deal with.
    Jack’s at peace now .

  3. I have many years of memories and friendship with Jack. I met Jack
when I was sixteen years old-throughout our friendship we did
many things together: worked on race cars, went to the races, went
to Wild Palace Of Poison, we married our significant others on the same day in Waterloo, Illinois.

Jack & I went our different ways until six years old and we renewed our
friendship. We spoke twice a week, got together at his home several
times a month. He was a good friend – NO, he was a great friend
    and I will miss him.
