March 30, 1971 - May 2, 2026

Brian Everett Hobbs, 55, of Imperial, passed away on May 2, 2026. Born on March 30, 1971, in St. Louis, Brian devoted his life to his family and worked as a sprinkler fitter with Local 268 for over 26 years. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his beloved dog, Cooper.

Brian is survived by his wife, Yolanda Hobbs; his children, Chelsey Sellers, Zakary Hobbs, Gracie Hobbs, and Ellie Hobbs; his mother, Ruth Hobbs; and his brother, Joe Hobbs. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Hobbs.

Brian will be remembered for his kindness, laughter, and unwavering love for his family. His sense of humor, hardworking spirit, and the love he had for those closest to him will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 14, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kutis South County Chapel. Funeral services will follow on Friday, May 15, at 10:00 a.m. at the same location.

  6. I don’t know what to say Brian I will miss you so much you and your family has been in my family’s life for over 50 years. Your like my son I will miss your mom calling me telling me you and her going to Webs do I wanna go.God Bless you and your family I Love You All

  8. Brian you were the brother I never had growing up, no matter what, you always understood me when nobody else did. I’m going to miss everything- our talks, the teasing, the crack-ups, and all the laughs we shared. Rest easy brother, until we meet again. Love You Always.
