Julie:
I am very sorry to hear about your dad’s passing. He sure had a remarkable life! I hope the memories shared with your family and friends will bring you comfort.
You and your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers.
You have my deepest condolences.
Having a bit of a problem leaving a message so hopefully you’ll get this. We are very sorry to hear of Wally’s passing. He will be missed by the whole Larsen clan I’m sure. I can remember when he came out to the folks’s farmstead hired by mom and dad to do many and various tasks for them. One job in particular was when he painted our hen house. Farewell, Uncle Wally….
Uncle Wally, you were a calming presence whenever you returned to Reinbeck and found yourself at the card table watching Sofus, Alvin, Iner and Ernie play cards, only to have a major argument over the game erupt. I’m sure you’ve heard many people say this about you and now you’re back at that table with all your family and friends. You and Janice were always the “royal couple,” looking the part and more. Thanks for being the example for all of us. Even though you’re gone, I will always remember you, Wally. And Janice and family, our love and prayers are on the way.
Take care, Joan and Cal
Your dad was a special man. We love you and your family so much. I am here for you in the days and months ahead.

Our thoughts and prayers to you , your mom and the rest of the Larson family❤️ sincerely, Ric and Kate Saitta
We are all saddened at Holy Trinity to lose our Wally. He was just a nice man with a quiet smile unless you mentioned Iowa State. He then became very animated. I will always remember Wally as a smart dresser. He looked like he stepped out of a Lands End Catalog. Many times Wally and Janice were color coordinated when they came to church. We are happy to know Wally sees his Savior face to face. That is amazing. See you later!!
Janice, Scott, Julie and families, we are so sorry to learn of uncle Wally’s passing. He was always fun to visit with and was especially sharp on electronics. Happy to learn of his love of art and pioneering the microwave oven. Life is changing as our families age, so we cherish the many family gatherings and those memories that came from seeing all of you. Wally is in a wonderful place now.
