Manzelli

In Loving Memory

Manzelli, Marlene

March 5, 1944 - June 11, 2023

Marlene passed away peacefully in her home on June 11, 2023.
Survived by Mark Stewart, the love of her life for the last 20 years. Beloved Mother of Richard Gasko (Cheryl) and Michael Manzelli (Katie).
Marlene was an art enthusiast. She devoted nearly 40 years of her life to Macy’s Department Store where she loved working, managing, marketing and creating advertisements for their art department.
If you knew Marlene, you also knew she loved to shop – especially those sample sales.
Her hobbies included traveling, shopping, sharing meals with friends, playing cards and, of course, any and all things art related.
Marlene was a devoted friend. She loved her friends dearly and loved doing life with them.
She met many folks along her journey of life, however two of her closest gal pals were near and dear to her heart.
Jeanine and Diane were like sisters to Marlene. They enjoyed shopping, trying new restaurants and loved playing cards together.
Marlene was kind, generous, and full of spirit. We will all miss her and her gorgeous smile and cherish our memories of our time spent with her.
Funeral Services are schedule for Saturday June 24, 2023.

  1. Mark, you have been there for Marlene through the hard times and shared the good times with her. We loved the vacations, many nights of playing cards, the dinners out and fun just being together. She was so generous to everyone and never forgot a birthday. I’ve had a wonderful 50 plus years of friendship with Marlene and so has Gene. There will never again be another like her, funny, feisty and always available to go shopping. She was like a sister to me and I ‘ll always remember the good times. We will miss her forever and know she’s shopping somewhere.. Mark , we are so sorry for your loss. You did your very best to take care of her and she couldn’t have asked for a better nurse.
Take care of yourself and if you need anything give us a call.
    Gene and Jeanine Kamp
