Laura was an extraordinary mother. Her number one joy in life was being surrounded by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Laura embraced books, music, travel and always learning new things. Most of all she loved social gatherings with family and friends. She was a long-time member of the Happy Hookers Crochet Club and volunteered her time to many organizations.

Laura was one of the most genuine and loving people I had the pleasure of knowing. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. Her humor and hospitality always brightened my day. I will miss our chats dearly, may you rest in Gods eternal peace, beautiful angel.
Laura was such a nice lady. My mom just loved her and enjoyed all their days working together and enjoyed their days at St Boniface. I’m sure Val welcomed her with open arms. RIP Laura
Justin / extended family members, my deepest condolences on the loss of your grandmother / loved one. May loving memories help you find peace during this difficult time. Prayers for peace, strength, and courage.
❤️. I will miss her so much. Hugs to all who loved her.
Hello Justin/family, my thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow following the loss of your grandmother/loved one. I wish you comfort during this difficult time, and my deepest sympathies go to you and your family.
Laura was a dear friend of mine. I met her 16 years ago at the Weber Library when I joined the Knit & Crochet Club. She was a kindhearted charitable lady. Those once-a-month meetings were fun with Laura. On the other Fridays of the month, she and a few of us would sit at a table and crochet squares that were going to be blankets to be donated to various organizations every year. She participated in Happy Hookers, a group of charitable ladies I also belonged to. She also participated in the Nurses for Newborns charity event every February. I am thankful to have found her and enjoyed the time I had spent with her. I share the loss of your mother, grandmother, family members and friends. Rest In Peace Laura. Those you cared for and those you helped will always be remembered in thoughtful and thankful memories forever.
I got to know Laura late in her life through volunteering at Hawthorne Place. She was a very sweet lady and so smart. We could talk about her late husband, kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She talked a lot about soccer and how active her husband and family was in the soccer community in St. Louis. She knew politics, and kept informed about current events. She loved my puppy George and was a bright light.
Laura was a very kind caring person. I knew her and Val when I was a young person at St. Boniface. They were great role models and I always remembered them as the people you wanted to be around.
Tony, and family, very sorry for the loss of your mother, grandmother, & great grandmother. I never got to know your mother, but I know you “T”, so I can only imagine she was a kind and loving person.
What a kind and sweet lady. I met her and her husband Val when they attended St. Bernadette. Both such lovely people. It was always a joy to see them. I’m happy to know that she and Val are together again. May she rest in peace.
Tom, we didn’t know your mother except to see her and your dad at St. Boniface for Mass. Our sincere condolences for you and your family.
My cousin Laura was such a nice and fun loving lady, also reminded me of my own sweet mom. So thankfuI I got to see her in September. Our thoughts and prayers are with all her family and friends. Good to know she is reunited with Val🌷
I have very fond memories of Laura, growing up next to the Pelizzaro’s. She always welcomed friends into their home, except if someone was “grounded,” and treated us with love and respect. Tom, Valerie, Matt, Mike, Tony, Janet and your families, I hope you find peace in the loving memories she created. She will be dearly missed.
I remember Laura and Val well from my grade school days at St. Boniface. Nice people – always friendly
Valerie,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your sweet mother.
