Beloved husband of Diane Boulicault (nee Heuiser); loving father of Lauren (Joe) Lightle, Dana (Jake) Kimsey, Jeremy (Angela) Stupperich and Melissa (Jacob) Stimpson; adoring grandfather of Skyler, Ava, Julia, Aubrey, Lyla, Scarlet and Owen; dear brother of Theresa (Greg) Launhardt, Eileen (Bob) Fuhrmann, Brenda (Mike) Hale, Cheryl Velten, Al (Lynda) Boulicault, Shawn (Jeff) Brewer and the late Mary K. Boulicault; dear brother-in-law of Julie (David) Nolan and the late Alan (surviving Donna) Heuiser. Our dearest uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Friday, December 26 from 4-7 pm. with Funeral Service at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held in private. In lieu flowers contributions to Shriner’s Children Hospital appreciated.

  6. Good Times! We remember Ernie “Shamrock” leading the 5-Star Bus in the Dogtown St. Patrick Day Parade and preparing meals at the 5-Star Center for fundraisers.

  7. I always took for granted that there would always be a next time or a later. I’m sorry I didn’t live in the moment and tell you how much I love you and admire so many of your characteristics/qualities Dad! I know you’re up there clowning around with Granny, Aunt Mary K and all of our loved ones that preceded us!

  9. Ernie was the best. He had some great stories about the city, and all the different departments. I enjoyed talking to him and listening every Tuesday and Thursday. He had that great distinct voice. You will be missed. City of St. Louis Building Division.

  11. Ernie was one of a kind. He always made us smile even in the midst of stressful times. I think I saw him last at Trivia, or maybe it was a Holiday meal last year. When I am at Five Star, I will still expect to turn around & see him there. Ernie’s spirit of caring, generosity, compassion, and joy will be much missed.
