James Thomas Brewer was called home on Friday, December 26th, 2025.
Beloved husband of the late Carolyn Brewer (nee Kleinsorge); cherished father of the late Jimmy Brewer; dear brother of John Brewer and brother-in-law of Beverly Brewer; dear uncle of Michela Brewer and Josh (Shay) Brewer; dear great uncle to Leanna, Hudson, Nolan, Ian, and Eli; dear partner of Jane Mayer and wonderful friend to Mindy and Andy Metzger and their children and Scott and Debbie Mayer and their children, and friend to many.
James was a gentle and caring man who loved his family and friends. He had a successful career in owning a printing business and was a proud US Army Veteran.
In lieu of flowers, contributions made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation are greatly appreciated.
SERVICES: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL (10151 Gravois Rd., 63123) on Thursday, January 1st, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
Funeral service at Kutis Affton on Friday, Janury 2nd at 9:30 AM. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
We will miss you Jim. We share a lot of good times together. Don’t worry we be there always to help Jane. I know I proud you would be cause She Never Left your side. She will miss you but knowing you are in a better place and not hurting anymore
