Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Sunday, September 3rd 2023.

Beloved husband of Kathleen “Kit” Desrochers (nee Krolick); loving uncle of Rob Coppens and Colleen (Ken) Oldani, Danielle (Shane) Degruise; cherished great-uncle of Jeremiah, Trent, and Callie Coppens, Emma Oldani, Dain Nickens and Peyton Degruise; adored son of the late Severin and Marie (nee Gaudreau) Desrochers; dear brother of the late Jacqueline Beauchene and Norman Desrochers; our dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Kenrick-Glennon Seminary are greatly appreciated.

SERVICES: Visitation will be held at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church (11910 Eddie & Park Rd 63126) on Tuesday, September 12th at 9:00 am until the Mass begins at 10:00 am. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. A service of KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL.

  1. Uncle Rheal was as good as an Uncle as we could have gotten. He was a loved part of our family all through our coming of age (and his too!). Always thoughtful and considerate of others and with a touch of wanderlust that brought him to Kit and St. Louis. He was a very good person and will be missed.

  2. Uncle Rheal was such a kind hearted soul and genuinely lovely man. I remember going to visit him at the Camera Shop with my mom and him always having time for us. He had a ready smile and such a pleasant disposition, just a joy. Our hearts go out to Kit and his family in St. Louis, he was loved and will be missed.
