Heather Hoffman

In Loving Memory

Hoffman, Heather A.

March 17, 1977 - January 28, 2025

A tenacious soul left us on January 28th 2025 with the passing of Heather Hoffman, 47, of St. Louis, Missouri. Known for her determined attitude, unedited sense of humor, and dedicated leadership, Heather touched many lives across the span of her career and even more among her family. Her resolve quickly knocked down the 30 days the original breast cancer diagnosis gave her in 2020 and allowed Heather to stay largely independent until nearly her passing.

As a founding member of the Itty Bitty Fishy Committee of Willmore Park, Heather found great joy in trying to snatch the biggest catch in the lake, even if it was just a stray tree branch, a sunken rock, or the fishing pole she had previously left cast in the water and unattended just to be swept away by the biggest fish she ever saw but never reeled in.

Heather is survived by her loving daughter, Alexis; father, Michael; brother, Justin; and a very large, loving extended family.  Her spirit moves on to join her Mother Charleta in moving scissors and various important documents around the houses of their loved ones and filling the wind with a sarcastic laugh every time they get their fishing bobber stuck in a tree.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd from 2pm to 4pm at Kutis Funeral Home in Affton Missouri. Her family asks that attendees wear at least a little pink in honor of Heather’s breast cancer journey and it being one of her favorite colors.
