  1. My sincerest sympathy to Velda and all the family. What a great neighbor Frank was always
so kind and caring as well as helpful when needed. I have many memories of cutting the grass
taking a break and talking with Frank swapping stories .As the Russian Proverb says, A kind word is like a spring day. That was Frank ! I mourn his loss but I am grateful he was my neighbor for sixteen years. Love Peace and Prayers to all from Boise Idaho.

  3. My dearest Papa Frankie. You is definitely a rare jewel. Your humbleness, your love for your family, and your drive was exceptional. I am missing you so dearly. You have touched my heart and that I appreciate. Our chit chats will never be forgotten. How I would sneak away and crack jokes with you. Lol. My fellow veteran, my Papa, my heart…you was the key that lead me to my new family and I love you all. I will never forget you. The moon! Every time the moon shines at its brightest…that will be you smiling that beautiful smile of yours. I love you Papa Frankie. You are loved and always will be in my heart.

  5. My deepest sympathy to Velda and family. I have been friends with Frank and Velda for 65 years, meeting them through my husband, Vern, who went to school with Frank from first grade and was in the Stags group with him. Frank was our best man and Velda our Matron of honor at our wedding. We remained close friends through the years even with our moving to Florida. I remember Frank as always smiling, friendly, kind-hearted, generous and considerate. I was so blessed to have him for a friend and will miss him very much.
