Carol

In Loving Memory

Schulte, Carol J

On Monday, May 30, 2022, Carol J Schulte passed away at the age of 72. She leaves behind her husband of 40 years, Leonard F Schulte Jr.; four children, Lisa, Adam, Tim, and Greg; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; brother Doug, sister Nancy; as well as many other family and friends.

Carol enjoyed spending time outdoors hiking, biking and kayaking. She was a member of Love on a Leash with her beloved miniature Goldendoodle, Sadie. Together they visited schools, hospitals and nursing homes. As a master gardener, she enjoyed wildflowers and loved to share her knowledge with others. Her greatest passion was her family. She was a wonderful grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. Her character and her actions always put others ahead of herself. She was a connector – pulling people together, making them feel important, and helping them flourish. People felt better after being around her. Her wonderful smile and her kindred spirit will be missed by all.

Services will be held at her church, The River at Eureka United Methodist, 215 N Central Ave, Eureka, MO. The visitation is Friday, June 10 from 4-8pm. The funeral service is Saturday, June 11 at 9:00 am., followed by a family-only graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Forever Forward Campaign at The River Church, Love on a Leash Inc. or Missouri Botanical Gardens.

  3. Carol was my sister-in-law, but she was more like a sister.. Everything that is said about her is so true and so much more. She was a second grandmother to my grandchildren, and I was happy that she shared that love for them with me. Thankful I will see her again in eternity, because of gods gift of salvation. Joyce
