Beloved husband of Paula Skaggs (nee Gazaway); loving father of Kyle (Jennifer) Skaggs and Ashley (Johnny) Murdock; cherished grandfather of Charlie, Rose and Rex; dear brother of Jerry (Darlene) Skaggs, Bill (Rita) Skaggs, Joyce (Tom) Greer, Janet McBride, Doll (Ken) Sass, Mark Skaggs and Rick (Karen) Skaggs; our dear uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Monday, June 28, 4:00 to 8:00 pm with funeral service at 7:00 pm. Interment Oak Forest Cemetery.
