Mom contracted Multiple Myeloma in 2024, and in January 2025, chose deliberately to undergo a newly available treatment.  It was difficult, but she never wavered, at every checkup when offered the opportunity to quit, she insisted on seeing it through.  It worked, and her treatment contributed to helping others, which was significant to her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Throughout all the challenges she had the last several years, she always maintained a pleasant manner, rarely complaining and engaging in friendly banter with her caregivers and others.
